Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (including launches and events), processing times may be extended.

Presale & Made-to-Order Items

Items marked as presale or made-to-order require additional production time.

  • Production time: 7–21 business days
  • Shipping time begins after production is complete

If your order includes both in-stock and presale items, it may ship once all items are ready.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Event Pickup / Local Delivery

Select items may offer event pickup at checkout.

If this option is selected:

  • Your order will not be shipped
  • It will be available at the selected event location

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the chosen event.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Marshin Whips is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Marshin Whips is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
